William C. Hall

William C. Hall, 91, of Breezy Point Road, McConnellsburg, PA, died Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at his home.

Born October 3, 1934 at Weeksbury, KY, he was a son of the late McKinley and Bessie (Castle) Hall. He was united in marriage to the former Gaynelle Fletcher on November 26, 1955. Mrs. Hall preceded in death October 7, 2019.

He is survived by five children, William Hall, Jr. and wife Nancy of West Virginia, Betty Jo Wardell of Virginia, Colleen DeLauter and husband Ron of Hedgesville, WV, Neal Hall and wife Patty of Orbisonia, PA and Myron Hall and wife Donna of Knobsville, PA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Adele McQuait. 

Mr. Hall attended St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, Shade Gap, PA.

He retired from Richards Auto Sales, McConnellsburg, PA after 50 years service as a mechanic.

Mr. Hall was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving from 1954 - 1956.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, March 16, 2026 at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 11691 Circle St., Shade Gap, PA with Rev. Faith Anderson officiating. Interment will be made at Fair Ridge Cemetery, Shade Gap, PA. Friends may call at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA  6 - 8 PM on Sunday and at the church one hour prior to the service on Monday.
