Virginia T. Stephens

Virginia T. Stephens, 94, formerly of Croghan Pike, Orbisonia, PA, died Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Embassy of Huntingdon Park, where she had been a resident.

Born June 14, 1931 at Wewoka, OK, she was a daughter of the late Jerry Lee and Lorraine (Johnson) Thorp. She was united in marriage to Marvin R. Stephens who preceded in death on May 22, 2008.

She is survived by two stepchildren, Melanie Stephens Ladd of California and Anthony Stephens of Kennett Square, PA and four step granddaughters. She was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Thorp.

During her life she was a high school art teacher.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
