Virginia K. (Krause) Leidy

Virginia K. Leidy, 61, of Orbisonia, PA, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025 at her home.

Born on August 3, 1963 in Huntingdon, PA, she was the daughter of the late Richard W. Krause, Sr. and Tressie (Varner) Krause.  She was united in marriage to Allen Leidy, Sr.  Mr. Leidy survives at home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by son Allen Leidy, Jr. and wife Jessica, Three Springs, PA, daughter Alicia Yoder and husband Jason, McVeytown, PA and grandchildren Carlee Leidy, Allyson Leidy, Caleb Leidy, Braedyn Yoder, Owen Yoder, Jarren Leidy and Adalyn Yoder.

Siblings Richard Krause, Jr. and wife Barbara, Orbisonia, PA, Maxine Detwiler and husband William, Three Springs, PA, Hilda Wilson and husband Denny, Shade Gap, PA, Andrew Krause and wife Kristina, Mt. Union, PA and Kathy Krause, Orbisonia, PA also survive.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister.

During her lifetime, she worked as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Walmart, Huntingdon, PA.  She will be missed by her Walmart family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 29, 2025 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley Street, Orbisonia, PA with Pastor Brian Smith officiating.  Interment will be at Shope Cemetery, Orbisonia, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
