Thomas J. Zinobile, Sr.

Thomas J. Zinobile, Sr., 52, of Hill Valley Road, Three Springs, PA, died Thursday, February 24, 2022 at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg, PA as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born on September 16, 1969 in Huntingdon, PA he was the son of Hubert T. Zinobile and Joyce (Wasnick) and Larry Covert.  He was united in marriage to the former Denise Horn on June 15, 2019.  Mrs. Zinobile survives at home.

In addition to his father, mother, step-father and wife, he is survived by children Amber Parks and husband Brandon, Thomas Zinobile, Jr. and wife Alison and Josh Welch and grandchildren Liam, Hayden and Connor.

He is also survived by brother, David A. Zinobile and wife Terre, step-brother Nicholas Zinobile and wife Kelly, step-sister Amanda Easter and husband Jay, father-in-law Dennis Horn, sister-in-law Angie Duvall and husband Rusty, brother-in-law Brian Horn and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Zinobile was a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation.

During his lifetime, he worked as a Pattern Maker at TB Wood’s, Chambersburg, PA and also as a lumberman.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Monday, February 28, 2022 at the Sugar Run Church of the Brethren, 17193 Hill Valley Road, Shirleysburg, PA with Rev. Jim Hullihen officiating.  Interment will be at Germany Valley Cemetery, Shirleysburg, PA.  Friends may call at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of the service on Monday.
