Sandra K. Hughes

Sandra K. Hughes, 80, of Ridge Top Road, Three Springs, PA, died Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at her home.

Born September 2, 1941 at Shade Gap, PA, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth (Bard) Price. She was united in marriage to Jimmy Hughes on April 28, 1979. Mr. Hughes survives at their home.

She is also survived by three children, Curtis Brumbaugh and wife Marcia of Mt. Holly Springs, PA, Colleen Evans of Scranton, PA and Stephanie Hodge and husband Patrick of Baltimore, MD, one stepson, Todd Hughes and wife Susan of North Carolina, three grandchildren, Kaitlyn Brumbaugh, Madison Hodge and Cody Hughes, one great granddaughter, Brianna Hughes and two siblings, Susan Willis and husband Dwight and Randall Price and wife Ada, all of Shade Gap, PA. Three brothers, William, Richard and Gary Price and five sisters, Glenda Price, Josephine Miller, Marlene Bowman, Victoria Price and Jane Rinker, preceded in death.

Mrs. Hughes had been employed at Hall’s Motor Transit, Mechanicsburg, PA as a clerk and prior to that she was employed at Ingram Industries, Tennessee.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
