Ryan A. Painter

Ryan A. Painter, 35, of Three Springs, PA, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News, VA.

Born on June 7, 1990 in Chambersburg, PA, he was the son of Alan and Michele (Whitsel) Painter, who survive of Three Springs, PA.  He was united in marriage to Dakota Book.  Mrs. Painter survives of Three Springs, PA.

He is also survived by children Adelyn Painter, Adam Painter and Aden Painter, siblings Shaye Susanek and husband Shayne, Derek Painter, Nicolas Painter, Michael Painter, Joshua Painter and Jordyn Forrester and husband Justin, nephew Fynnlee and nieces Millie, Evelyn and Audrey.

Mr. Painter was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Alvin and Janet Painter and maternal grandparents Harry and Sandra Whitsel.

He attended the Rockhill Church of the Brethren, Rockhill Furnace, PA.

During his lifetime, he was employed as a driller for JMF Underground, Inc., Mechanicsburg, PA.  He loved his children, enjoyed hunting and fishing and was always full of jokes.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley Street, Orbisonia, PA with Pastor Justin Robinson officiating.  Interment will be at Old School Baptist Cemetery, Three Springs, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service on Tuesday.
