Rick A. Cohenour

Rick A. Cohenour, 55, of Buck Ridge Circle, Mapleton, PA, died Monday, May 9, 2022 at his home.

Born August 8, 1966 at Huntingdon, PA, he was a son of the late Gerald L. Cohenour, Sr. and Linda L. (Fortney) Cohenour, who survives of Three Springs, PA. He was married to the former Tina Carper who survives.

He is also survived by one son, Derek Cohenour and wife Amber of Greencastle, PA, two stepchildren, Kasey Ramsey of Sunbury, PA and Mark Ramsey of Mapleton, PA, one grandson, Benjamin Cohenour, six siblings, Terry Cohenour, Randy Cohenour and wife Pam and Frank Cohenour, all of Three Springs, Heidi Getz and husband Terry of Mapleton, Stacy Kauffman and husband Matt and Katrina Benson and husband Adam, all of Three Springs and a number of nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Darin Cohenour and Lee Cohenour and one sister in law, Danian Cohenour, preceded in death.

Mr. Cohenour had attended the First Baptist Church of Three Springs. He was a member of Blue Juniata Post 5754, V. F. W., Mt. Union, PA and the Sons of the American Legion, Madden-Wennick Post 518, Rockhill Furnace, PA.

For most of his life he was employed by Henkels and McCoy, Inc., York, PA as an operator.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, May 13, 2022 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA with Pastor Dustin Boden officiating. Interment will be made at Three Springs Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Friday.
