Richard E. Price, Jr.

Richard E. Price, Jr., 64, of Pleasant Hill Road, Burnt Cabins, PA, died Thursday, February 13, 2025 at the Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA.

Born March 10, 1960 at Huntingdon, PA, he was a son of the late Richard E., Sr. and Donna (Moore) Price. He was united in marriage to the former Beth Bremer on July 26, 1980. Mrs. Price survives at their home.

He is also survived by three children, Sarah Price of Lancaster, PA, Rebecca Booher and husband Michael of Mapleton, PA and Kyle Price and wife Michelle of McConnellsburg, PA, eight grandchildren, Brody Pyles, Trinity Price, Jesse McGahan, Jr., Karmyn Price, Simon Price, Teagan Booher, Ransom Booher and Moira Booher and two siblings, Patricia Grissinger and husband James of Mapleton, PA and Todd Price and wife Michele of Shade Gap, PA. One brother, Brian Price, preceded in death.

Mr. Price was of the Methodist faith.

He was a member of Cromwell Lodge #572, F. & A. M., Orbisonia, PA and the Sons of the American Legion, Madden-Wennick Post 518, Rockhill Furnace, PA.

He retired from New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company, Chambersburg, PA and had also been employed at Henkels and McCoy, Inc., Blue Bell, PA.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA with Pastor Patty Hall officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home 6 - 8 PM on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
