Ralph E. Chilcote, Jr.

Ralph E. Chilcote, Jr., 54, of Blairs Mills, PA, died Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at UPMC Altoona, Altoona, PA.

Born on September 10, 1967 in Chambersburg, PA, he was the son of Ralph, Sr. and Norma (Walls) Chilcote, who survive of Chambersburg, PA.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by son Dale Chilcote, at home, brother Max Chilcote and wife Kristin, Greencastle, PA, sister Pamela Hoskins and husband Richard, Chambersburg, PA, nephews Dylan Chilcote and Wyatt Chilcote and niece Donna Hoskins.

Mr. Chilcote was a member of the Shade Gap Sportsman Club.

During his lifetime he worked at James Rivers, St. Thomas Towing and was later a farmer and raised chickens.

Mr. Chilcote was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley Street, Orbisonia, PA with Pastor Dylan Chilcote officiating.  Interment will be at Shade Valley Cemetery, Blairs Mills, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 - 8:00 PM on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
