Nancy L. Snyder

Nancy L. Snyder, 85, of Rockhill Furnace, PA, died Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Embassy of Woodland Park, Orbisonia, PA.

Born February 13, 1940 at Rockhill Furnace, she was a daughter of the late Orlando and Edith (Love) Hollibaugh. She was united in marriage to William I. Snyder on June 30, 1962. Mr. Snyder survives at their home.

She is also survived by three sons, Richard Snyder and wife Beth of Columbia, MD, Joel Snyder and wife Lori of Blairs Mills, PA and Brian Snyder and wife Candy of Three Springs, PA, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold, Paul and John Hollibaugh and four sisters, Jane Ford, Arlene DiCosimo, Esther Moore and Pauline Hollibaugh.

Mrs. Snyder was a member of the Orbisonia Church of the Nazarene. 

She was a graduate of Orbisonia High School where she played the oboe in the band and was on the basketball team. 

During her life she was employed at various sewing factories in the area.

In her spare time she enjoyed sewing and going on church shopping trips.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA with Rev. Joel Snyder and Rev. Luke Stake officiating. Interment will be made at the I.O. O. F.  Memorial Cemetery, Rockhill Furnace, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
