Max V. Cutshall, 80, of Forman Road, Three Springs, PA died Sunday, May 30, 2021 at his residence.
Born on September 2, 1940 in Orbisonia, PA, he was the son of the late Roy and Blanche (Roher) Cutshall. He was united in marriage to the former Nancy E. Hanna on June 3, 1966. Mrs. Cutshall survives at home.
He is survived by daughter Amy DeHennis and husband Andrew and son Mark Cutshall, all of Germantown, MD. Granddaughters Ashley DeHennis and Alexa DeHennis and brother, Ned Cutshall and wife Joyce, Shirleysburg, PA also survive.
Four brothers, Evan Cutshall, Robert Cutshall, Ivan Cutshall and Warren Cutshall preceded in death.
Mr. Cutshall was a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1962 - 1964.
He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Three Springs, PA. He was a life member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Lodge 2023, Morrisville, PA, Cromwell Lodge #572, Free and Accepted Masons, Orbisonia, PA and Madden-Wennick Post 518, American Legion, Rockhill Furnace, PA.
During his lifetime, Mr. Cutshall worked at U. S. Steel, Fairless Hills, PA for 33 ½ years as a millwright.
To his family he was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed billiards and was a longtime baseball fan.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 4, 2021 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley Street, Orbisonia, PA with Pastor Faith Anderson officiating. Interment will be made at Cherry Grove Cemetery, Three Springs, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Friday.
