Linda L. (Hoover) Mellott

Linda L. Mellott, 93, formerly of Three Springs, PA and more recently a resident of Embassy at Huntingdon Park, Huntingdon, PA, passed away Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Embassy at Huntingdon Park, Huntingdon, PA.

Born on March 20, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Emmett and Lodema (Snyder) Hoover.  She was united in marriage to Norman B. Mellott.  Mr. Mellott preceded in death on March 22, 2025.

During her lifetime, she was a homemaker and worked part time as a clerk at their general store in Robertsdale, PA. Linda was well known for her hoagies and banana splits. In her free time, she would help out on the family farm. She loved flowers and all of her kittens and cats. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 1, 2025 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA with Rev. David Ford officiating. Interment will be at Three Springs Cemetery, Three Springs, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
