Larry Clark Obituary

Larry J. Clark, 80, of Rockhill Furnace, PA, died Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at Embassy of Woodland Park, Orbisonia, PA.

Born January 9, 1945 at Huntingdon, PA, he was a son of the late George Clark and Mertie (Hampson) Clark Black and the stepson of the late Wade Black. He was united in marriage to the former Brenda Rinker on January 15, 1983. Mrs.Clark preceded in death on July 28, 2016.

He is survived by three children, Lori Clark of Huntingdon, PA, Jamie Clark and wife Teri of Wentzville, MO and Shawna Baird-Dunmire and husband Randy of Three Springs, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Kennedy Clark, Chloe Walker, Jarret Clark and Jacob Clark and three great grandchildren, Maddy Clark, Jack Yablonski and Tucker McCartney. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Mike Black and Robert Clark.

Mr. Clark was an active member and past commander of Madden-Wennick Post 518, American Legion, Rockhill Furnace, PA and a member of Blue Juniata Post 5754, VFW, Mt. Union, PA.

He retired from Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA.

Mr. Clark was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

A Celebration of Life service will be held from 10:00 AM until 12 noon on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Madden-Wennick Post 518, American Legion, 573 Valley St., Rockhill Furnace, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Huntingdon Co. Humane Society, 11371 School House Hollow Road, Huntingdon, PA 16652.
