Jon V. Senft

Jon V. Senft, 57, of Fort Littleton Road, Orbisonia, PA, died Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at his home.

Born March 25, 1962 at Huntingdon, PA, he was a son of the late Eugene V. and Marjorie (Lane) Senft. He was united in marriage to the former Stacy Rhoades who preceded in death September 16, 2016.

He is survived by two children, Ryan Senft and wife Amber of RD, Three Springs, PA and Megan Werner and husband Glenn of RD, Mapleton, PA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Caleb and McKenzie Senft and Sawyer, Eliza and Millie Werner, one brother, Alan Senft and wife Darlene of RD, Three Springs, PA and a companion, Lori Brown of Shade Gap, PA.

Mr. Senft attended the Calvary Independent Baptist Church, Saltillo, PA.

He had been employed at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA and at JLG Industries, McConnellsburg, PA.

He enjoyed having morning coffee on his deck while watching the deer and other wildlife and was very fond of his dogs, Brandy and Gunner.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 9, 2019 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA with Pastor Dan Long officiating. Interment will be made at the Old School Baptist Cemetery, RD, Three Springs, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Sunday.
