Eileen L. Scaife

Eileen L. (Yarger) Scaife, 74, of Pleasant Hill Road, Burnt Cabins, PA, died Sunday, May 18, 2025 at her home.

Born December 18, 1950 at Phillipsburg, PA, she was a daughter of the late Merle and Shirley (Kizer) Yarger. She was united in marriage to Melvin “Buck” Scaife on February 14, 1970. Mr. Scaife survives at their home.

She is also survived by two children, Krista Scaife of Clearfield, PA and Dustin Scaife of Altoona, PA, five grandchildren, Brianna Serena, Connor Seamen, Richard Oswalt, Logan Blystone and Alyssa Blystone, a number of great grandchildren, one sister, Gloria Reams of Osceola Mills, PA and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Lora Scaife.

She had volunteered at the Christian Academy, Parsonville, PA.

During her life she was mainly a homemaker.
