Duane D. Cutshall

Duane D. "Ace" Cutshall, 79, of Three Springs, PA died Friday, December 22, 2023 at his home.

Born on October 3, 1944 in Three Springs, PA, he was the son of the late Winfred and Mary (McConaughey) Cutshall.  He was married to Nancy Coffman on July 25, 1965.  Mrs. Cutshall survives at home.

In addition to Mrs. Cutshall, he is survived by son Michael Cutshall, daughter Mary Brown, grandchildren Jessica Appleby, Kala Varner, Amber Earnest, Robert Cutshall, Duane Brown and Brett Brown, great-grandchildren Ethan Appleby, Andrew Appleby, Catonya Varner, Anthony Varner, Jr., Corey Earnest, Markaya Earnest, Raylynn Cutshall, Lucas Brown, Josh Keller, Dallas Brown, Diesin Brown, Marshall Brown, Masin Brown, Brianna Houp, Kevin States and Kayla States.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by siblings Benjamin L. Cutshall, Charles “Sonny” Cutshall, Lillian Benson, Melvin “Tom” Cutshall and Viola Johnson.

Mr. Cutshall retired from New Holland North America, Inc., Belleville, PA after 31 years of service as a tow motor operator.  He also worked for Trojan Boat, Lancaster, PA and The East Broad Top Railroad, Rockhill Furnace, PA.

He loved fishing, hunting, playing lottery tickets and spending time with family. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley Street, Orbisonia, PA with Nelson Brown officiating.  Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery, Three Springs, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 - 8:00 PM Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
