David H. Gordon

David H. Gordon, 83, of Three Springs, PA, died Sunday, February 15, 2026 at his residence.

Born on August 21, 1942 in Roaring Spring, PA, he was the son of the late Vernon Jack and Anna (Young) Fleck.  He was united in marriage to Sharon Pearl for over 40 years.  Mrs. Gordon preceded in death on March 16, 2023.

He is survived by son Vernon Gordon and wife Brenda, granddaughter Anne Gordon and fiance Joshua Spies and siblings Larry Gordon, Margaret Centi and husband Mike, Cindy Rupert and husband Jeff, Gail McCloskey, Carol Gordon Wilson, John Gordon, David I. Gordon, Thomas Gordon and Holly Jo Seilhammer.

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by sister Barbara Gordon.

Mr. Gordon was a member of the first graduating class at the Southern Huntingdon County High School.

For over 40 years, he was an over-the-road truck driver, driving across the continental United States, logging over 6 million miles during his career.  In his youth he enjoyed hunting.  He absolutely loved his dogs and will now be reunited with his dog, Whiskers.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 20, 2026 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley Street, Orbisonia, PA with Pastor Faith Anderson officiating.  Interment will be at Old School Baptist Cemetery, Baptist Church Road, Three Springs, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Friday.
