Clair D. Stake

Clair D. Stake, 81, of Three Springs, PA, died Monday, July 28, 2025 at Graystone Manor, Huntingdon, PA.

Born on October 4, 1943 in Three Springs, PA, he was the son of the late Aulden H. and Elvada (Black) Stake.  He was united in marriage to Marjorie Jenkins on July 1, 1971.  Mrs. Stake survives at home.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by son Patrick R. Stake, Huntingdon, PA.

Mr. Stake was a graduate of Saltillo High School.

He was a lifetime member of the Three Springs Volunteer Fire Company. 

During his lifetime, Mr. Stake was employed as a Transportation Inspector for PennDOT.  He enjoyed hunting, trains, antiques and being involved in the fire company.

A visitation will be held from 6 - 8:00 PM, Friday, August 1, 2025 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley Street, Orbisonia, PA.  Interment will be private at Three Springs Cemetery, Three Springs, PA.
