Charles Irvin Brown

Charles Irvin Brown, 83, of Three Springs, PA, died Sunday, December 24, 2023 at UPMC Altoona Hospital, Altoona, PA.

Born on May 30, 1940 in Taylor Township, Fulton County, PA, he was the son of the late Charles C. and Elizabeth (Greenland) Brown.  He was united in marriage to Janet Cohenour on June 22, 1963.  Mrs. Brown survives at home.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter Dawn Colyer and husband Todd, Clover, SC, grandchildren Tyler Colyer and Serena Colyer and sisters Connie Suchan, Mt. Union, PA and Glenda Williams, Shippensburg, PA.

Mr. Brown was preceded in death by siblings Eleanor Yeager, Kenneth Brown and Ralph Brown.

A private graveside service for close family and friends will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Cherry Grove Cemetery, Three Springs, PA with Pastor Dustin Boden officiating.
