Betty A. (Brown) Fleck

Betty Ann Fleck, 81, formerly of Church Street, Three Springs, PA and more recently a resident of Long Term Care at the Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA died at 11:03 AM, Friday, April 19, 2019 at the medical center.

Born January 9, 1938 at Joller, Huntingdon County, she was the daughter of the later Janvier and Muriel (McGhee) Brown.

She was married to Dean M. Fleck on January 11, 1957 at Hagerstown, MD.  Mr. Fleck preceded in death on March 3, 2015.

Mrs. Fleck is survived by a son Kevin Fleck and wife Lynette, Three Springs, PA and a daughter Beth Barmont and husband Walt, McConnellsburg, PA.

There are 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Two sisters Nora Grissinger, Shippensburg, PA and Jane Brown, Three Springs also survive.

She was a member of the Walnut Grove Church of God, Three Springs, PA.

A homemaker, Mrs. Fleck loved God and her family and served her church in many ways.  She enjoyed preparing crafts and flowers for weddings and was known for her poetry.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 22, 2019 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley Street, Orbisonia, PA with Rev. David Hamilton officiating.  Interment will be at Three Springs Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Monday.
