Berlyn W. Benson

Berlyn W. Benson, 87, formerly of the Shirley Home, Shirleysburg, PA, died Friday, March 17, 2023 at Embassy of Woodland Park, Orbisonia, PA.

Born February 16, 1936 in Cromwell Twp., Huntingdon Co., PA, he was a son of the late Melvin and Mabel (Bachtel) Benson. He was married to Janet Benson who preceded in death.

He is survived by two sisters, Viola Glunt and husband Wendell of Shade Gap, PA and Ethelda Stydinger of Shirleysburg, PA. He was preceded in death by three children.

During his life he was employed at various area farms.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
