Anita G. Clark

Anita G. Clark, 55, of Shade Gap, PA, died Monday, July 24, 2023 at her home.

Born September 5, 1967 at McConnellsburg, PA, she was a daughter of the late Gerald Kling and Deborah (Miller) Kling who survives of Burnt Cabins, PA. She was united in marriage to Ronald G. “Doc” Clark on September 5, 1987 at Rainbow Falls, Trough Creek State Park. Mr. Clark preceded in death on January 18, 2021.

Along with her mother,she is also survived by one son, Dusty Clark and wife Lauren of Mt. Union, PA, one grandson, Cooper Clark, three sisters, Alicia Bennett and husband Keith of Bethesda, MD, Jessica Jones and husband Joseph of Shippensburg, PA and Jereanna Scott and husband Eric of Shirleysburg, PA, one nephew, Evan Bennett and wife Shay and her best friend, Abby Hileman of Blairs Mills, PA.

During her life she was primarily employed as a waitress at the former Sunny Ridge Restaurant, Shade Gap, PA and later at the Three Springs Senior Center.

She enjoyed attending sprint car races over the years with her husband.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 27, 2023 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA. Interment will be made at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Shade Gap, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
